Please be advised that the Air Manifest System will be taken down for unscheduled maintenance beginning at 0001 EDT on Friday, May 13, 2011 until approximately 0400 EDT on Friday, May 13, 2011.
During this time truck carriers filing in-bonds may receive "movement not authorized" messages.
Trade messages received during the outage period will be queued and processed when the system is brought back up.
CBP port personnel will use established downtime procedures during this outage.
