Due to the number of amendments relating to the July 2004 version of the CATAIR and the date of July 2004, it was decided to update the complete publication and republish a new version dated April 2011. With this version, there is a “History of Changes” that contains all the changes/updates from July 2004 through November 2010. Beginning with the April 2011 version, amendments will be issued on an as needed basis beginning with Amendment Number One.
