Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1103 was created on June 23, 2011, and contains 676 ABI records and 134 harmonized tariff records.
This update contains additional modifications made to implement the dairy import assessment as published on March 18, 2011 in Federal Register, Volume 76, Number 53. These changes will become effective on 08/01/11.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2011 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are also included.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR.
