On July 19, 2011, CBP published a Federal Register Notice announcing a new start date for the National Customs Automation Program Test of Automated Manifest Capabilities for Ocean and Rail Carrier (see 76 FR 42721).
The Federal Register Notice provided a new test date of no earlier than August 1. Please be advised that this date is in reference to the commencement of the pilot and is not related to trade testing. Trade testing began in May 2011 and has met CBP's success criteria.
