40 C 25 Soy Base Formula Product (Baby)
40 C 30 Wheat Base Formula Product (Baby)
40 C 35 Whey Base Formula Product (Baby)
40 C 99 Formula Products (Milk and Milk Substitutes) (Baby)
New Product Classes N, O, P, and R were created to replace Class C
40 N - Ready to Feed Formula Products
40 O - Liquid Concentrate Formula Products
40 P - Powder Formula Products
40 R - Ready to Feed Formula Products Samples for Testing
