Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1105 was created on September 12, 2011, and contains 26,044 ABI records and 4,703 harmonized tariff records.
Changes include cotton fees amended by the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), USDA, published on August 31, 2011 in Federal Register, Volume 76, Number 169. These changes can be found on pages 54078 – 54093, within the section titled Cotton Board Rules and Regulations: Adjusting Supplemental Assessments on Imports.
