CSMS 11-000213 identified a problem with an email exchange server involving Importer Security Filing (ISF) single transaction bonds and BAPLIE stow plans received by email. The problem has been resolved and the mail boxes have been restored. All new emails are being processed, and CBP is working through the backlog of emails, which should be resolved within a few days.
