Shortly the Customs Automated Manifest Interface Requirements (CAMIR) Implementation Guide posted on the CBP website will be updated.
Specifically, the following chapter and appendix will be updated ith the changes indicated:
Input to Customs
Remove entire ACR record (page INP 21) and ZCR record (page INP 70) and re-number pages
V01 record (page INP 65) change Hazardous material code (position 18) from’O’ to ‘M’.
Appendix D:
Code 1W (page D-8) delete ‘GO program bypassed’ from Description
Code K0 (page D-27) delete ‘corrective action’ from name Name
Codes LQ-LY (page D-32): switch FDA and FSIS holds and removals in Name and Description
Code M0 (page D-33): Change wording of Name to ‘PGA Document required hold’ for consistency with wording in other Names
All participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the updates and changes.
