On September 24, 2011, U.S. Customs and Border Protection delivered a new report for importers, the AM-100 Courtesy Notice of Liquidation Report. The Information Notice on the Courtesy Notice of Liquidation report provides instructions on locating and running the new AM-100 report as well as information on customizing the report. Data objects available in the new Liquidation Header Details sub-folder may be used to customize existing ACE reports. New Date Objects have been added to allow users to schedule reports to return data in the future. See attachment for more detailed information.
Please refer to CSMS 11-000225, Clarification on the Elimination of the Courtesy Notice of Liquidation for further clarification regarding the recently published Federal Register Notice announcing the discontinuation of mailing paper courtesy notices of liquidation (see 76 FR 50883, published August 17, 2011).
