Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1106 was created on 09/28/2011, and contains 1642 ABI records and 371 harmonized tariff records.
Changes include verification of the cotton fees adjusted by the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), USDA, and originally published on August 31, 2011 in Federal Register, Volume 76, Number 169.
