Following a code change early Wednesday morning, January 18, QP in-bond shipments that were accepted in ABI failed to appear in ACE Truck carrier portal accounts and also failed to link to EDI truck manifest shipments. CBP corrected the problem at 7:29 PM EST and newly-filed QP shipments are available for linking to ACE Truck manfests either by ABI or in carrier portal accounts.
In order to avoid delays at the border, if a QP in-bond shipment filed before 7:29 PM does not appear on the ACE Portal, or if an EDI "entry not on file" message is returned for an accepted QP in-bond: please file in-bond data directly in the ACE Truck manifest system, either via EDI (309 or CUSCAR) or via the carrier's ACE Portal account.
