CBP is aware of a temporary disconnect between an ABI entry's paperless release and its associated AMS bill on the mornings of January 19th, 25th, 26th, and 27th.
In the first hour of each of those days (from 00:00 to 01:00 EST) entries which received a Paperless Release selectivity result transmission (RR) did not trigger a release posting in AMS (e.g., a ‘1C’ posting). CBP has manually posted the 1C release for the shipments. The carrier and terminal operators will see the 1C posted from the HQ port code (9900).
If you have determined that your entry went through selectivity in the timeframes listed above and the carrier is still not seeing the release, we are requesting that the brokerage community check the release status of the associated bills by querying the bill status via the ABI Query Current Entry Status transmission (IN). If you do not see the release on the bill, please contact your assigned client representative. Do not do a Bill of Lading Update transmission in an attempt to correct the situation as it will not help.
