The FDA is experiencing server issues that have caused multiple applications to be unavailable for the processing of entry data, including PNSI, MARCS Entry Review, and OASIS. It appears that the root cause has been identified and a resolution is in progress. Please be aware that there may still be delays in processing entries throughout the day as the backlog of pending entries is addressed.
