Please reference CSMS Message #12-000212 announcing an outage to the ACE Certification environment on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 6:00 AM EDT until 11:00 AM EDT.
Please be advised that included in this deployment is the fix decribed below. This fix will be deployed to ACE Production this Saturday, June 16, 2012.
Description: ACE is rejecting CATAIR QP Long messages submitted with piece counts included in two or more QP71s with an error that does not apply - "073 - NO HARMONIZED NUMBER FOUND". According to the CATAIR IG, multiple QP71 records can be sent with piece counts, with a single QP70 record for Harmonized nomenclature data.
