Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1207 was created on July 5, 2012 and contains 1,432 ABI records and 302 harmonized tariff records.
Modifications include those mandated by the 484 (F) Committee, the Committee for Statistical Annotation of the Tariff Schedules, effective July 1, 2012.
Changes required by Presidential Proclamation 8840, To Modify Duty Free Treatment Under the Generalized System of Preferences, and for Other Purposes, also effective July 1, 2012, are included as well. This proclamation can be accessed using the following link:
