In response to trade software developer requests to deploy fixes to the ACE CERT environment prior to deployment to ACE Production, CBP will take an outage to the ACE CERT environment on July 18, 2012.
Please be advised that the ACE Certification environment will be unavailable on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 12:00 PM EDT until approximately 6:00 PM EDT.
During this time CBP will be deploying fixes in advance of their deployment to ACE Production on July 28, 2012.
The fixes that impact the Ocean/Rail Manifest Transmitters are listed below.
PR_47796 - Carrier doesn't receive 350 notifications when nominating self as SNP
PR_47693 - BOL remains in open status in ACE after quantities are posted that should have closed BOL
PR_47777 - Master BOL cannot be released at the port since quantities are over posted
PR_47808 - House BOL cannot be released at the port since quantities are over posted
PR_47923 - CATAIR WP Transfer of Liability against FTZ Withdrawal In-bonds fail
PR_47924 - The FROB BOLs with type 'FROB with Security Filing' are not closed on Conveyance arrival in ACE
