Note: This issue is impacting carriers and other ACE Ocean and Rail Manifest participants.
A problem was identified yesterday afternoon where ACS is no longer sending In-bond Events to ACE M1. The result prevents ACE M1 Pilot Participants from clearing cargo in the port.
There have been a substantial number of In-bonds received since the issue was introduced with our program move Wednesday morning 07/18/12 and 1J messages are not being generated in some situations.
We have identified the problem in the code and hope to deploy an emergency fix as soon as possible.
If adding the in-bond is an immediate priority please contact your Client Representative. If not we are working to clear the backlog.
As soon as the fix is scheduled, a CSMS will be issued notifying you of the date and time.
