The purpose of this message is to provide notification of changes to the EIP/RLF hybrid ineligible forms list (dated June 2011). The following forms have been removed from the ineligible forms list and are eligible to be submitted to CBP via the EIP/RLF hybrid process:
• NOAA Preapproval Certificate
• NOAA Permit to Import AMLR
• NOAA 370
A revised list of forms precluded from the EIP/RLF hybrid process is located at the following link:http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/trade_programs/remote_location_filing/operational_notes/rlf_eip.xml(also attached). This list is subject to change.
