Attn: Ocean and Rail Manifest Software Developers
On Wednesday, September 12, 2012, there will be an outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EDT - 1800 EDT. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.
Please Note:
ACE Certification is the testing environment that is used by trade software developers. If you are not developing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.

Below are the fixes that impact the ACE Ocean and Rail community:
PR 47732 - Fixes a problem where a consist is not displayed in standing car order after an amendment to a BOL has been made.
PR 47754 - Fixes a problem where de-segmentation of inbound messages that are part of the same MQ message group are not supported for sea/rail EDI transmissions.
PR 47800 - Fixes a problem where an error message is displayed on the Manifest portal when attempting to display a previous version of a house BOL.
PR 47802 - Fixes a problem where a duplicate 1C (Entered and Released) notification is sent to a trade participant for some sea/rail manifests.
PR 47819 - Fixes a problem where a trade participant is not notified of hold placement or hold removal from a rail stack car when the hold target port is at the In-Bond destination.
PR 47904 - Fixes a problem where not all TS-309Y/CAMIR AI messages are being generated and sent to a trade participant when an ocean carrier submits a large manifest amendment transaction.
PR 47912 - Fixes a problem where not all trade notifications are being generated and sent to a trade participant when an ocean carrier submits a large manifest amendment CAMIR message; ACS AMS left is left out-of-synch.
PR 47913 - Fixes a problem where condition INVALID BONDED CARRIER ID is incorrectly generated on both the Permit To Transfer (PTT) Sea/Rail portal screen and EDI message when the bonded carrier ID specified is valid and active but specifically a Type 1 or Type 2 bond.
PR 47928 - Fixes problems and inefficiencies in VIN number processing including the display of multiple VIN numbers on the portal.
PR 47956 - Fixes an intermittent problem where RUN TERMINATED is returned in a response to am ocean manifest EDI TS-309W/CAMIR MI transaction.
PR 47980 - Fixes a problem where condition RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED is returned incorrectly in a response to a preliminary rail BOL (TS-309) transaction when a non-numeric value in the Customs Shipment Value field (N1006) is submitted. (The returned condition should be COMM VALUE MISSING OR INV.)
PR 47986 - Fixes a problem where a trade participant is unable to update information related to a House BOL less than 270 days after a conveyance arrival.
PR 48004 - Fixes a problem where many duplicate EDI conveyance arrival messages can be generated.
PR 48008 - Fixes a problem where ACE incorrectly accepts an EDI master BOL transaction with other than a master BOL type code. (Instead, condition MASTER BILL TYPE EXPECTED should be generated.)
PR 48013 - Fixes a problem where a 2Z notification (container mismatch) is incorrectly generated and sent to a trade participant.
