ACE Certification is the testing environment that is used by trade software developers. If you are not developing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production was not impacted.

NOTE: In addition to the fixes below, the programming to permit Remote Location Filing (RLF) to be used with Type 03 (AntiDumping/Countervailing Duty) entry summaries was also deployed.
CBP urges all ABI software developers currently supporting ACE Entry Summary to test this functionality using the CERT environment prior to its deployment to ACE Production on October 6, 2012.

PR 47982 - Fixes a problem where condition EXPORT DATE BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE is returned incorrectly in a response to a CATAIR Events Advisory (WP) transaction. The trade participant is then not able to export the in-bond using the WP message for a specific BOL that has been arrived at the destination when the in-bond has other unarrived BOLs associated to it.
PR 39181 - Fixes a problem where a trade participant incorrectly receives a OGA OI REC MAY NOT BE BLANK condition in an HD response from ACS when an ACE entry summary is certified for cargo release submitted with a legitimate OI-Record.
