Attn: Ocean and Rail Manifest Software Developers
On Wednesday, October 24, 2012, there will be an outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EDT - 2000 EDT. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.
Please Note:
ACE Certification is the testing environment that is used by trade software developers. If you are not developing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.

Below are the fixes that impact the ocean and rail trade community:
ACE_PR_47699 - Entered, Released & Exported Qty on BOL & InbondBOL is incorrect when Inbond is re-added with different Qty after export.
ACE_PR_47778 - Reject data from Trade (EDI) that includes invalid characters.
ACE_PR_48131 - BOL Amendments are posting Negative Entered and Released quantities in error
ACE_PR_48137 - Rail BOL amendments fail with improper error for BOLs with In-Bonds that have changed Consists.
ACE_PR_48157 - ACE fails to send the BOL deletion download to the Port Authority of the BOL's scheduled port.
ACE_PR_48158 - ACE fails to generate and send General Order notifications for some BOLs.
ACE_PR_48189 - ACE fails to process Cancel Transfer Of Liability requests for In-Bonds that have been amended.
ACE_PR_48209 - ACE fails to send the Manifest Download to the Port Authority of the scheduled port of the Manifest
ACE_PR_48210 - ACE fails to process Update EDA requests when schedule port not provided in events advisory segment.
