ACE will be taken down Friday 10/26/2012 at 23:00 EDT for approximately 1 hour to address a problem with in-bond shipments (created via QP/WP) that are not able to be arrived in the ACE portal. It was determined that the in-bonds were in the wrong status and the portal did not allow users to arrive these in-bonds. ACE technical staff had been changing the status of these shipments to allow processing.
The ACE portal will not be available during this outage. EDI messages from the trade will continue to be accepted but will be held and processed after ACE is brought back up.
