The purpose of this message is to announce that, as of October 22, 2012, filers may transmit antidumping/countervailing duty (AD/CVD) entry summaries via EIP/RLF in ACE. Currently, this functionality is not available in the Automated Commercial System (ACS).
For guidance on processing ACE entry type 03 entries, please refer to the ACE Business Rules and Process document. Please note that for all ACE type 03 entries, paper reimbursement certificates are acceptable but not encouraged. Filers should use the non-reimbursement statement functionality in ACE.
