Revised ACE CATAIR documents have been posted to the CBP website which include the new disposition type code "9" in the ACE ABI CATAIR Entry Summary Status Notification Chapter (application identifier UC).
The Change Record - 2012 and Download All have been revised to include the changes shown above and can be found at the urls shown below.
