ACE will take two, short duration, network maintenance related outages on Thursday, December 20, 2012 and Friday, December 21, 2012. The first will be at approximately 22:00 EST and lasting 5 minutes. The second will occur at approximately 24:00 EST lasting 5 minutes as well. During each of these small ‘blips’, existing sessions may be interrupted, requiring a refresh of the connection.
This will affect both the ACE portal as well as EDI message traffic.
Please plan accordingly.
