Title:ACE Certification Outage - January 3, 2013

***PLEASE NOTE: On Thursday, January 3, 2013, there will
be an outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EST - 1400 EST. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be notified via CSMS Message.

Please NOTE:

ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

Below are the fixes that impact the ACE Entry Summary filers:

ACE_CR_3919 – This corrects the reporting requirement for the Cargo Release Certification Request Indicator field in an ACE Entry Summary add/create transaction. Currently this field is required to reflect the value ‘Y’ (Yes) when the submitted ACE Entry Summary is marked as ‘Remote Location Filing’ (RLF). This change will ignore the setting of the Cargo Release Certification Request Indicator when cargo selectivity has already been performed.
Issue #301

ACE_PR_46743 – This corrects the issue where ACE does not correctly store an importer's address transmitted in the Importer Add/Update transaction.

ACE_XPTR_40573 – This corrects the issue where ACE accepts and stores an importer's address with a zip code that was incorrectly supplied in the Importer Add/Update transaction.
