Attn: ACE Entry Summary Filers and ACE Portal Users

Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window for Saturday, January 12, 2013, the following enhancements/fixes impacting the ACE Entry Summary filers will be deployed to ACE Production.

ACE_CR_3913 – "Changes the reporting requirement for field Cargo Release Certification Request Indicator (EDI 10-Record, position 40) in an AE (Entry Summary Add/Create) transaction. Currently, the field is required to reflect the value ‘Y’ (Yes) when the submitted ACE Entry Summary (ES) is marked as ‘Remote Location Filing’ (RLF). The change will ignore the setting of the Cargo Release Certification Request Indicator on a submitted conventional ACE RLF ES when cargo selectivity has already been performed in ACS (i.e. only conditionally require it to be set). "

ACE_PR_45258 - Fixes a problem where current information is not properly generated on ad-hoc AD/CVD reports when using Business Objects on the portal.

ACE_PR_46743 - Fixes a problem where ACE does not store a correctly submitted Importer's address supplied by the filer in the TI (Importer EDI Add/Update) transaction.

ACE_PR_47738 - Fixes an intermittent EDI problem where a large (more than 1,000 BOL's) manifest does not complete processing due to an internal time-out condition.

ACE_XPTR_40573 - Fixes a problem where ACE accepts and stores an Importer's address with a zip code that was incorrectly supplied by the filer in the TI (Importer EDI Add/Update) transaction.
