***PLEASE NOTE: On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, there will be an outage to ACE Certification starting at 0600 EST. The outage is scheduled until 1800 EST. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated; you will be notified via CSMS Message.
Please NOTE:
ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.

Below are the fixes that impact the ACE Entry Summary filers:
ACE_PR_45439 - Fixes an intermittent problem where an ABI Entry Summary Create/Update 'AE' filing is rejected because the Harmonized Tariff Schedule table has been updated with a conflicting Begin Date / End Date range.
ACE_PR_46319 - Fixes a problem where an ABI output 'UC' Entry Summary Status message is not sent to the filer that had its entry summary ownership severed as the result of another filer's PCS filing; instead the 'UC' message is incorrectly sent to the filer that filed the PSC.
ACE_PR_46533 - Fixes an intermittent problem where 'BROKER NOT AUTHORIZED IN PORT' is incorrectly generated in an ABI Entry Summary Create/Update 'AX' response in a scenario when a PSC is submitted.
ACE_PR_46985 - Fixes a problem where an ACE FIRMS profile (i.e., code and status) can differ from the corresponding profile in ACS.
ACE_PR_47088 - Fixes an problem where 'RLF REQUIRES ELEC INVOICE' is incorrectly generated in an ABI Entry Summary Create/Update 'AX' response in a scenario when an input batch contains both RLF blocks and non-RLF blocks.
ACE_PR_48249 - Fixes a problem where more than one, identical In-bond Movement Authorization message is sent to a trade partner in a scenario where multiple In-bonds are added to a single BOL via a single CATAIR QP message.

ACE_PR_48254 - Fixes an intermittent problem where a House BOL does not get properly closed in a scenario where a Master amendment intended to correct the BOL type is received.
