As reported in CSMS 13-00018, Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1301 was created on January 15, 2013 and contains 27, 646 ABI records and 5,357 harmonized tariff records.
Unfortunately, there was an error within the title of the original CSMS message, 13-000018. The Harmonized System Update is indeed 1301 and NOT 1310, as reported in the initial title.
