It has been reported that ACE users attempting to use the, “Forgot your Password?” link on the ACE login page, are not receiving the subsequent email to retrieve their new password. Users who have forgotten their ACE password should contact ACE Support at 1-866-530-4172 to receive a new password.
Users who know their current ACE password may continue to change their password once logged into ACE.
A notification will be sent when this issue is resolved.
