REMINDER: On Wednesday, March 13, 2013, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EST - 2230 EST.
The outage will begin at 0600 EDT and end at 1800 EDT. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.
Please Note:
ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.

Below are the fixes that impact the ocean and rail trade community:
ACE_IR_908 - Ensures that ACE Sea/Rail BOL notifications and downloads sent to a trade recipient are sent in the same order that they were processed in ACE.
ACE_PR_47624 - Fixes a problem where a trade participant receives a confusing conveyance message regarding the state/province code (when US, CA, MX) when the estimated date of arrival is invalid.
ACE_PR_48134 - Fixes a problem where a previously used line release entry number is returned to a Rail Carrier/Broker in the line release notice.
ACE_PR_48385 - Fixes a problem where various ACE output response transactions (355, MR, TR, IR, etc.) are mal-formed when the corresponding input transaction contains non-ASCII data.
ACE_PR_48401 - Fixes a problem where an overdue export notification is incorrectly sent to a trade participant because a BOL status is not properly set.
