Issue: QP Long transmissions (058 Error-ACCUMULATED QTY NOT = BILL QTY)
CBP has discovered a recent programming issue with ACE QP In bonds. ACE is rejecting QP transmissions with multiple QP71 records containing piece counts in each QP71 record. Normally, ACE allows multiple QP71 records with quantities reported in each where the total equals the manifested quantity in the QP40.
We have created a work ticket (reference #7120217) and working to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
As information, the QP will be authorized if only one 71 record containing the same quantity as listed in the 40 record is transmitted.
