The U.S. Census Bureau has issued the final rule implementing modifications to Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30, Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR). Effective January 8, 2014, the Census Bureau is requiring mandatory filing of export information for all shipments of used self-propelled vehicles and temporary exports regardless of value or country of destination.
