ATTN: ACE ABI Entry Summary and In-Bond Filers and ACE Portal Users
Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window for Saturday, March 23, 2013, the following enhancements/fixes impacting ACE Entry Summary and In-Bond filers will be deployed to ACE Production.
The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EDT Saturday, March 23, 2013 and end at 1200 EDT Sunday, March 24, 2013. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.

ACE_PR_48134 - Fixes a problem where a previously used line release entry number is returned to a Rail Carrier/Broker in the line release notice.
ACE_PR_48316 – Fixes a problem where "NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE CUSTODIAL BOND" is inadvertently generated on a QP output response, even though the filer is authorized to use the bond.
ACE_PR_48321 - Fixes an intermittent problem where a status notification is not being generated by ACE and sent to the Filer specified in a CATAIR QP Secondary Notify Party Segment (QP32).
ACE_PR_48344 - Fixes an intermittent problem where an AX response is not returned for an ACE Entry Summary AE batch where an un-recoverable system error is encountered.
Issue #945
ACE_PR_48347 – Currently the trade is not receiving In-bond shipment release messages when paperless release is posted in ACE Sea/Rail Portal. This fix will generate a shipment release message when an entry is posted against an in-bond.
ACE_PR_48212 – Reports issue. ACE will now correctly update the ACE data warehouse when in-bonds are amended via the ACE Portal.
