ATTENTION ALL TRADE USERS: The 2012 ACE Customer Satisfaction Survey closes on March 29, 2013 at midnight. This is the last opportunity to provide your assessment of ACE. To date, CBP has received 337 responses; this is only 67% of our goal of 500, and 20 fewer than last year.
CBP encourages all importers, brokers, carriers and other trade community users of the system to take the 5-10 minute survey, so that it can formally gauge the areas where ACE is doing well and where improvement is needed.
