Below are the fixes that impact the ocean and rail trade community:

ACE_PR_47128 – Clarifies the error response returned to the trade partner when a FAST manifest is received with a shipment control number which already exists in ACE.

ACE_PR_47739 – Fixes an intermittent problem where a carrier is not receiving any response message from ACE for an ocean/rail manifest transaction.

ACE_PR_47955 - Fixes an intermittent problem where CAMIR Manifest (Application identifer MI) and Amend Manifest (Application identifer AI) responses are not being returned to the trade.

ACE_PR_47996 – Corrects the location of an error message. The error message '073' (NO HARMONIZED NUMBER FOUND) will now be correctly generated in the 'D00' segment of the CAMIR AI response message.

ACE_PR_48037 – Fixes an intermittent problem to correctly generate an EDI Events Advisory message (TS-353) resulting from the cancellation of the export of a transit in-bond.

ACE_PR_48240 - Fixes a problem where the master BOL number in the B04 Record, (qualifier 'OB') is incorrectly accepted when it contains more than 16 characters.

ACE_PR_48300 - Fixes a problem where condition '221' (INVALID BL NUMBER) is incorrectly generated in a response to an Events Advisory message (CAMIR HI/TS-353).

ACE_PR_48403 - Corrects the BOL 'read' and 'rejected' counts generated in a X12 355 or CAMIR MR response.
