Below are the fixes that impact the ocean and rail trade community:

ACE_PR_48037 – Rail carriers will now be able to cancel the export of a transit in-bond.

ACE_PR_48379 – ACE will no longer send multiple ‘1C’ messages to the trade when an in-bond arrives at the destination port in a multiple container scenario.

ACE_PR_48404 – ACE will now send notification to the trade for EDI messages with FTZ bills of lading that have prior FTZ admissions on file. Problem: ACE has not been sending ‘350’/’RC’ notifications to the trade for any of the BOLs in a scenario where the ‘309Y’ Manifest Amendment, submitted by the trade, references a groups of BOLs of which at least one is a FTZ BOL.

ACE_PR_48456 – Arrival notifications for in-bonds with multiple BOLs will now reflect the correct quantity. Problem: ACE has been sending incorrect quantities in the arrival notifications to the trade.

ACE_PR_48467 – ACE will now correctly send the Permit to Transfer (PTT) notification at the discharge port. Problem: Currently ACE is incorrectly suppressing the “1W’ message reflecting the discharging port when a PTT is issued.
