The purpose of this message is to provide notification of changes to the Electronic Invoice Program (EIP)/Remote Location Filing (RLF) hybrid ineligible forms list (dated June 2012). The following form has been removed from the ineligible forms list and is eligible to be submitted to CBP via the EIP/RLF hybrid process:
- Drug Enforcement Administration Import/Export Declaration for List I and List II Chemicals (DEA 486)
A revised list of forms precluded from the EIP/RLF hybrid process is located at the following link: http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/trade_programs/remote_location_filing/operational_notes/rlf_eip.xml(also attached). This list is subject to change.
