CBP is aware that ACE entry summary delete transactions (AE transactions with a delete action) continue to be rejected with an ACE system failure outbound AX response message.
All other ACE entry summary transactions (adds and replacements) continue to process correctly.
The technical investigation continues and CBP will notify you when this issue has been resolved.
