CBP adopted final regulations implementing the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement. 78 FR 32356, May 30, 2013, will be available shortly by searching “Korea” at www.cbp.gov and selecting the corresponding Smart Link. The final regulations incorporate just two technical corrections.
