Attn: Ocean, Rail, and Truck Manifest Software Developers

REMINDER: On Wednesday, July 3,2013, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EDT - 01800 EDT. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.

Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

Below are the fixes that impact the ocean, rail and truck trade community:

ACE_PR_48487 - Response to event advisories sent in CAMIR format missing data. When trade sends event advisories transaction HI in CAMIR format, ACE sends back a HR response. When this transaction has multiple event advisories as input and if more that one fails validation, the response being sent out from ACE only contains the failures for the first event advisory. The rest of the event advisories are not being sent out in the response.

ACE_PR_48656 - When trade sends security filings, ACE sends notifications back to trade. ACE is incorrectly sending notifications with internal disposition code SZ to the filer of the security filing. These notifications will no longer be sent to trade.

ACE_PR_48686 – Incorrect Delete Status Assigned to Ocean and Rail FOIA Extract. Ocean and Rail FOIA subscribers reported that they are receiving BOL with record status code of 'delete' but the BOL was not actually deleted. This incorrect 'delete' status was sent when a BOL is amended and moved to a different manifest.

ACE_PR_48741 – Cancel In-Bond Arrival by BOL via ACE Portal incorrectly leaves Equipment in 'Arrived' state (instead of 'Enroute'). Equipment record shows as 'Arrived' instead of being set to 'Enroute' when an In-bond Arrival at the BOL level is cancelled.
