Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, July 13, 2013 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.
NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EDT Saturday, July 13, 2013 and end at 0500 EDT Sunday, July 14, 2013.
Below are the fixes that impact the ACE Entry Summary filers and ACE Portal Users:
ACE_IR_704 - Improves/fixes the way an 'Account Name' and/or 'ID' and 'Account Type' are displayed on the Account List portlet when the mouse passes over.
ACE_IR_1166 - Improves various Broker Permit Employee portal screens. Includes removing of unneeded fields, clearer labels, better marking of the fields that are required, and the addition of an 'override' for the requirement of a Previous Address.
ACE_IR_1183 - Improves various Broker Permit Employee portal screens. Includes the ability to set the 'Start Date' in the create step and to 'override' the requirement for three years of employee history.
ACE_PR_47023 – This fixes the scenario where ACE Entry Summaries are rejected with several unrelated and incorrect error messages when the ACE Entry Summary includes the Electronic Invoice Processing (EIP) indicator in the 10-record and the entry summary includes an extraneous (or duplicate) 44-record which is out of sequence in the line. The correct error message for this scenario is ‘out of sequence’.
ACE_PR_48694 – This fixes the issue where ACE Entry Summaries filed for Periodic Monthly Statement are being erroneously accepted for importers not authorized for PMS.
