The problem with document uploads via ITACS reported in CSMS Message #13-000350 has been resolved. A large backlog of previously uploaded documents is currently being processed and users who opted to receive a confirmation email upon successful upload of their documents should start getting them shortly. Should any additional problems with ITACS be encountered, please report them to itacssupport@fda.hhs.gov.
