CBP system processing was interrupted last night 7/29/2013 from approximately 17:00 to 22:30 EDT. If you were transmitting data during this time frame and did not receive a response message, you will need to retransmit.
As a result of this interruption, we are granting one additional day without penalty for the filing of entry summaries and payments that were due Monday, 7/29/2013 in all ports.
This additional day only applies to those entry summaries and payments that were due on July 29, 2013 that could not be transmitted due to the system interruption.
