Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, August 24, 2013 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.

NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EDT Saturday, August 24, 2013 and end at 0645 EDT Sunday, August 25, 2013.

Below are the fixes that impact the ocean, rail and truck trade community:

ACE_IR_1184 – The Reference Data will be updated so that Disposition Code 95 is not combined with other notifications. This fixes a problem so that the ‘95 INBOND DELETED’ will not be combined with a ‘1J IN-BOND MOVEMENT AUTHORIZED’.

ACE_IR_1250 – This fix provides the ability for a trade user to view more than 500 accounts (conveyance, Consignee, or shipper) related to a Manifest on the ACE Portal.

ACE_PR_44437 – This will fix the problem when a driver search fails if there are more than 1000 drivers with the same last name.

ACE_PR_48171 – Currently ACE incorrectly rejects Rail BOL amendments of Transit In-Bonds after Import Consist. This fixes a problem where a BOL amendment is incorrectly rejected with error ‘P01/P4 PORT CANT = IB DEST’.

ACE_PR_48320 – This fixes a problem to prevent duplicate manifest downloads from being sent to a Port Authority.

ACE_PR_48623 – This fixes a problem where BOL details are not displaying the correct entered and released quantities. Currently incorrect entered/released quantities are being recorded for a BOL in a scenario where a BOL is deleted and subsequently re-added after partial entered/released quantities have been deleted manually via the ACE Portal.

ACE_PR_48731 – Currently ACE is suppressing a 4E release message with ‘pending in-bond arrival’ status even if the in-bond is in deleted state. This fix will accurately transmit these messages to the carrier.
