SUBJECT: FDA Changes To Center for Devices and Radiological Health Product codes
The Food And Drug Administration will be deleting some of the product codes for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health. These product codes will be deleted effective 09/30/2013, and the use of those codes after that date will result in a data transmission error.
