The ACE Entry Summary Validations (ESV) described in CSMS 13-000444 and CSMS 13-000396 were deployed to Certification on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 5:00pm. During the deployment, CBP encountered an issue with the environment, not related to the ESV deployment, which is causing Entry Summaries to not process. CBP is investigating to determine the cause and will notify the trade via CSMS when the issue is resolved.
