Please be advised that during the scheduled weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, September 21, 2013 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.
NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EDT Saturday, September 21, 2013 and end at 0500 EDT Sunday, September 22, 2013.
Below are the fixes that impact the ocean, rail and truck trade community, including ACE Portal Account users:
ACE_PR_48715 – Currently ACE is sending BOL release notifications for FTZ Withdrawals prior to In-bond arrival. This will correct the problem so the 1C release message will not be sent to an ocean carrier when a FTZ concurrence is submitted if the corresponding in-bond has not yet been arrived.
ACE_PR_48745 - Currently, ACE fails to send a 1Y message on the House BOL when a Master BOL's type is amended from "Master FROB" to "Master". This will correct the problem so that the NVOCC will be sent the appropriate equipment match notification.
ACE_PR_48110 – Currently, the ACE Portal does not display/update ocean conveyances when the termination date equals the current date. This will correct the problem so that ocean conveyances ARE displayed/updated when the termination date equals the current date
ACE_PR_48766 – Currently ACE Sea/Rail is storing Entry postings with incorrect release dates. This will correct the problem and send the correct release date in the notification to the carrier.
ACE_PR_48804 – Currently, export in-bonds by BOL using the ABI CATAIR WP transaction are being rejected incorrectly when the subsequent in-bond does not contain that BOL. This will correct the problem so that carriers are able to export the initial in-bond for a BOL which is not included in a subsequent in-bond that contains other BOLs from the initial in-bond.
ACE_PR_48850 – Currently in-bond departure messages are not being routed to the carrier. With this fix, carriers will receive the correct departure notification so they can arrive or export the in-bond.
