CBP is currently experiencing problems with the ACE Portal for those users who log on to the ACE Portal via the internet.

Internet users are currently receiving the following error: ICAP Error

This issue does NOT impact ABI processing.

Technical staff are working to resolve this problem. We will issue another notice when the problem has been resolved.
