On November 16, 2013, ACE will be deploying an enhancement to the validations for the Designated Notify (4811) Party on the ACE Entry Summary.
With this enhancement, ACE will validate that the Designated Notify (4811) Party is in the proper format and that the party is a known party.
The following disposition codes and error text will be used in the response messages and ACE will reject the Entry Summary transaction.
110 - NOTIFY PARTY FORMAT CANNOT BE USED (already existing)
590 - NOTIFY PARTY UNKNOWN FORMAT (new)
591 - NOTIFY PARTY UNKNOWN (new)
